Hydraulic pressure gauges are mainly divided into three types: mechanical pressure gauges, electronic pressure gauges and hydraulic expansion pressure gauges.
1. Mechanical pressure gauge
A mechanical pressure gauge is a pressure measuring instrument that measures pressure mechanically and has the characteristics of a wide range and high reliability. It is mainly composed of an elastic element, a transmission element, an indicating element and a shell. Mechanical pressure gauges are suitable for working conditions with harsh on-site environments.
2. Electronic pressure gauge
The electronic pressure gauge is a new type of pressure measuring instrument based on the improvement of a hydraulic pressure sensor based on a semiconductor strain gauge. It has the characteristics of high display accuracy, simple operation, and convenient reading, and is most suitable for on-site testing and verification.
3. Hydraulic expansion pressure gauge
Hydraulic expansion pressure gauges are often used in mass production enterprises and are used for occasions with a wide pressure measurement range. This pressure gauge uses the volume change of the liquid to measure pressure, with high accuracy and good reliability.
