1. Shock-Resistant Digital Pressure Gauges: On-site usage conditions for the gauge housing must comply with the technical specifications of the instrument itself. The appropriate measurement range for the instrument should be selected carefully; the pressure being measured must not exceed the upper limit of the instrument's accurate measurement range, and a sufficient safety margin for overpressure protection should be reserved.

2. High-Precision Digital Pressure Gauges: The temperature of the medium being measured must not exceed the instrument's specified operating temperature range. When used in corrosive or high-vibration environments, the instrument's sealing integrity and vibration-resistance characteristics must be ensured.

3. High-Precision Digital Pressure Gauges: These units are designed for direct vertical installation and can be mounted directly onto the pressure tap of the pipeline being measured. They are available in axial (back-mount) and radial (bottom-mount) configurations. During installation, care must be taken to prevent the creation of "trapped pressure" between the instrument's connection threads and the upstream shut-off valve (observe the measurement range and note the pressure response time). If such trapped pressure occurs within the precision pressure gauge, it must be relieved immediately; otherwise, it may result in damage to the measurement sensor or leakage of the process medium.

The connection between the gauge housing and the pressure source is established directly via standard pipe threads, eliminating the need for specific angular alignment during installation. During transportation and operation, factors such as environmental conditions, human error, or operational mishaps may potentially prevent the instrument from functioning or displaying readings normally. Customers may be able to resolve simple, common issues independently; however, for other more complex faults, the instrument must be returned to the manufacturer for professional repair.
