Hydraulic pressure gauge is a measuring tool used to measure the liquid pressure in hydraulic system. Its working principle is to convert the pressure sensor of hydraulic system into mechanical signal, and then convert the mechanical signal into electrical signal, which is finally displayed on the pressure gauge.

Hydraulic pressure gauge is usually composed of pressure gauge head, hydraulic connecting pipe, elastic element, pressure indicating instrument and other parts. Among them, the elastic element is the component that bears the pressure change of hydraulic system, and it is also the most core component of hydraulic pressure gauge.

When working, the connecting pipe of hydraulic pressure gauge transmits the pressure in hydraulic system to the elastic element, causing it to deform. The displacement of elastic element is sensed by the gauge head, and the elastic deformation is converted into pressure height, which is displayed on the dial through the pressure indicating instrument.
