There are two installation methods for oil pressure gauge: flat installation and vertical installation. The flat installation method can be divided into three methods: surface flat installation, suspended flat installation and fixed flat installation. There is only one vertical installation method, which is hanging vertical installation.
1. Flat installation method
Surface flat installation: As the name suggests, it is to install the instrument panel directly on the oil circuit, generally used for direct installation of the oil circuit main pipe.
Suspended flat installation: refers to hanging the oil pressure gauge on the bracket and connecting it to the oil circuit branch pipe through a hose. Pay attention to the stability of the bracket during installation.
Fixed flat installation: refers to fixing the instrument panel on a specific bracket with screws, and then connecting it to the oil circuit branch pipe through a hose. The torque of the screws should be correctly controlled during installation.
2. Vertical installation method
Hanging vertical installation: refers to fixing the instrument panel on the dashboard of the vehicle and connecting it to the oil circuit branch pipe through a hose. Because it is easy to install, it is more commonly used.
